Comfortable for the price, a few maintance issues need addressing, and only room for a couple and 1 child, couch bed just comfortable enough for 12 yr old, 20 min walk to Bermonsday station, kitchen tap worked but not mounted due to water damage, shower head just stayed in place, shower itself is small and not a lot of room to get into, !'m 5'11 and 82kgs and only just could get in to it but functioned well enough - ok if you on a budget. Carol was good with communication when there prior to 24 hrs to arrival no communication.
