Lovely and clean, friendly staff

Very clean and very friendly lady on reception. Pleasantly surprised. Only negatives are the steep stairs after a long day in London haha. Very happy with our stay and would return. No aircon in room but wasn’t expecting any at the good value price.

Great Area , Decent Hotel.

Located in a good area close to local shops, pubs and eateries, as well as close tube stations for ease of getting around. Hotel is basic , simple and rooms fairly compact but perfectly fine as a base for London activities. Would stay again.

Comfortable stay

The position of the hotel is great, two-minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and five minutes to the nearest Tube station. In the area there’s a good choice of restaurants, cafés and fast-food. The hotel is small and ordinary, nevertheless me and my son had a comfortable stay thanks to all the staff who was very nice and helpful in every need we had.
