The Hotels location is ideal, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a view on the park, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, the food was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble.
I really can’t fault anything about this hotel. Would be staying there again.
In a great location, quiet and clean. The staff at the Baglioni was kind and paid swift attention to us, and helped us navigate travel with two young children with ease.
Great location just far enough along high street to be less busy but easy walk to tubes and shopping/dining. Taxis and buses driving past every few minutes - great spot. Lovely to walk around the back streets safely
Overall, we were happy with our stay. Location was decent in that it was away from all the businesses but still fairly easily accessible via bus or metro. We felt safe in the area. The dining option at the hotel itself was great. Amazing breakfast. Staff was fantastic and very hospitable.
The hotel at Hyde Park is in a very nice neighborhood area. The suite on the 5th floor has a beautiful window view of the park. The service is friendly with hospitable.
The hotel is located across from Hyde Park and near excellent restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large compared to most hotels. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was included daily and the service was exceptional in the dining room and bar. We especially enjoyed visiting with Filip in the bar during the evening.
Excellent hotel right next to Hyde Park and convenient to South Kensington. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only slight criticism would be the food for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Most of the pastries are good, but the omeletes were very overcooked and dry.
A beautiful hotel in Kensington just by Hyde Park. But that really makes this a lovely experience is the young staff working hard always with a smile. Warmly recommended.
Walk to Hyde Park and close to bus staions and underground. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff. It was a bit hard to get in and out of the bathtub so if that is going to be an issue ask for a room with shower
Superb property and comfort. Location can't be beat--right on Hyde Park, near museums, restaurants, and shopping. Excellent customer service and attentiveness--truly makes guests feel most welcome. 10 /10. Highly recommend!
Super freindly confortable nice hotel.
We had one issue with the room which was resolved sympathetically.
The hotel went beyond though on departure when they sorted out a taxi issue for us.
