Bra läge och lätt att ta sig till centrala London. Rummet var under min förväntan. Sängen var inte riktigt bekväm för oss och rummet var liten. Frukost var iaf sådär bra. Bra pris och läge under en kortare vistelse.

3rd time lucky

Hi the hotel was very busy and when we arrived our room had been given away. Sorted out another room but that one had a guest in ,(though not when we entered). Third time lucky and all went well after that

Don't believe photos

The photos totally misrepresent the actual standard room. Definitely don't rent a standard room. Deluxe room has upgraded bathroom which is nice, but the floor is a very old rug badly stained. If flooring is the hotel was upgraded in would be a reasonable budget hotel. As it is now the room is uncomfortable every time you step on the floor

Läget var bra, många restauranger runt om och nära kommunikation. Frukosten var okej. Städningen var jätte dåligt på rummet. Hår i duschen och dammiga golv när vi kom. Trots att vi sa till fixade de inte städningen förrän andra gången vi sa till.

The bathroom flooded into the room whenever I showered. The toilets did not flush all the time. I could hear the people around me from my room coughing. Other than that it was okay, good location in a nice area.

Best value in London

Great value for such a great location. Shower stall a bit on the small side but perfect in every other way. Very quiet by London standards and thicker walls than most newer hotels. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a highly cost effective convenient location to stay. Will be back.

Rummen typ som ett vandrarhem, trevlig personal frukost ok men muslimsk så inget bacon etc men helt ok, läget bra nära Earls Court T bana, affärer nära där du kan köpa vatten etc. Prisvärt du får var du betalar för. Helt ok

Le logement était propre, salle de bain neuve très appréciée. Le petit point faible serait l’odeur de renfermée dans la chambre, mais une fois la fenêtre ouverte cela est ok

The location was very good but the facilities were not very good and the beds were not great. The food was plentiful for breakfast but not a huge variety. Overall it was very good value for price and location.

You get what you pay for🙄

From the outside the hotel looks good as well as the foyer. I had a single room which was adequate however the bathroom looked tired. The whole place looked like it needed a bit of a makeover. However my trip to London was for training purposes so the hotel was somewhere for me to sleep. So that being the case it was adequate.

Staff very helpful, the room was cozy but traffic quite noisy to a country person not used to traffic. Have stayed at busier location but quality of glazing made the previous stays much quieter. Would use again though.

I didnd like anything, very bad hotel. I pay for 3 nights, after sleeping first night at the next day I went to an other Hotel. Was that bad that I dint mind loosing the money for the others two nights. Dont recomend it.

Not that I would recommend this hotel

The hotel rooms were dirty and not to standard. The beds way too soft, woke up with back ache. The cleanliness leaves to be desired. Some of the staff were rude and grunted when I said good morning. We did not get coffee / tea supplies - had to ask, same with toilet roll. Could not supply additional pillows as the ones we had were paper thin. Even though said would have a bath in my room, only had a shower. The toilet looked disgusting !!! The rooms are that small you couldn't swing a cat in it and the TV was at a weird angle!!! Not a place I would recommend.

Bonjour alors l'hôtel que vous m'avez proposé n'est pas trop super c'est un peu cher je trouve à mon goût les chants et santé au sous-sol alors je n'ai pas trop aimé parce que s'il y a un incendie on a un problème donc le tel était pas terrible et puis quand vous commander quelque chose dans un hôtel mettez dans les étages pas au sous-sol parce que c'est pas bien il y avait rien pour respirer là je ne sais pas trop en fait j'ai eu quand même un bon accueil mais sans plus je recommande pas aux gens de venir à Londres à cet hôtel là elle est pas correct quand on vient prendre de petit-déjeuner il enlève tout j'espère pas les gens profiter de leur petit déjeuner du matin quand vous quand on choisit un hôtel on choisit pas dans la cave on choisit au premier étage ou deuxième étage mais pas dans la cave alors quand vous commander quelque chose comme les hôtels merci de commander dans les étages mets pas dans le sous-sol

The hotel loaction was excellent - 7min walk to the closest station, 15min walk to South Kensington and its museums, and roughly 20-30min by tube to amy main attractions in London. The hotel was just off the main street which means the noise was moderated however they were doing works during our stay and builders were on from 7am. Because of the works, the comfort was inconsistent from one room to another - our deco/comfort, especially in the bathroom were really outdated; trace of mould here and there, the water pressure and temperature were only mild and heaters not properly working in January(!) while the friends we were travelling with had brand new bedroom/bathroom. That said, everything was clean. The room had no plugs near the bed whoch makes it tricky for phone and alarms. And isolation was poor - you could hear people above, aside and underneath. The breakfast had a full range of ingredients however they close it 20min proor the time indicated without apology and the people in charge forbid us, rather virulently, to group a couple of tables together, in a corner of the room, to eat with our friends. We offered to place them back where there were but they said no categorically for no apparent reason and with bad manners so we finally had to ask permission to reception.

Es war wirklich furchtbar. Die Wände in diesem Keller sind extrem dünn und die Gäste absolut respektlos und laut. Das Hotel ist insgesamt extrem runtergekommen und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Schade um das Geld! Nie wieder

Wrong keycard/room number given, causing us to barge in on other guests. Shower curtain not fit for use, flooded the bathroom. Constant knocking and loud talking throughout the night. Lift was broken. Towels were dirty. Bad experience.

Stayed for 2 nights to attend interviews

Pictures were clearly taken when it was new and that feels like it was a long time ago. Owners would definitely benefit from a refurb. Room felt A little claustrophobic (granted it was a cheaper double) but the bathroom just felt tired and I wasn’t entirely convinced by it’s cleanliness. Sink gave off an eggy smell if I washed my hands (when I brushed my teeth it was fine, very weird). Bed was quite hard and the pillows might as well have not been there,not much support. Considering it was a 3 star in South Kensington,I was expecting better.

The hotel breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. However the rest requires a lot of help! I requested a superior double room. I got a box, almost like a store cupboard overlooking plumbing and rooftops. I asked them to switch which they did. The second option was a few doors away from the first and a least looked o to the road. But it was still cramped and the basin was covered in limescale. There isn't even a wardrobe, just a couple of hangers on the wall just above the tea tray! Only stayed two nights but won't be going back.
