Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

This is an excellent facility, modern, clean and new. Location is as good as it gets for shopping in Knightsbridge - one block back from Brompton Road, so quiet, but so close, and with easy access to Hyde Park for exercise. The staff are great, happy to help in any way, but without any airs and graces. The hotel was located in a nice quiet spot only a short walk from the Underground and several small supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and much more affordable than those in the city, and it was only 15 minute train trip to all the key sites. There were a few really nice local pubs without all the touristy vibes as well. The staff were very helpful and always friendly throughout my stay. Amazing attentive staff. The beds were undoubtedly the most comfortable we have had on our trip. Great location 2 min walk to Tottenham court tube.

The restaurant, room and gym were all excellent, really enjoyed my 2 stays there.

The service is top-of.the-town! I´m never really in London without staying at Browns.

The room was set-up very well and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were close enough to everything without being right in the middle of the action.

The staff were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you at reception and concierge. The Calvary Bar was very nice. The only issue was there was no bar fridge in the room.
