The property is outdated. Bathroom toilet surroundings, sink and bathtub floor were unclean at arrival and after a day when I these were “cleaned”. We regret our stay because of that. Too expensive for staying in a place that look damaged, outdated and unclean. Holes on the walls and our lights were not working properly. Not recommended. Food, location and surroundings are good but is not worth it.

The breakfast was very good, however the coffee was from an urn and was disappointing and not nice.. The food selection menu in the evening was very limited, however, the Frankie Burger was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The escalator was not working up to reception on the first floor (G)

Good: Ideally situated for Chelsea's stadium and close to tube station. Ok: Breakfast selection was good although the cooked food was not hot. Not good: Had to wait just under an hour to check in. Check in staff were not sure if my room was ready at 3pm and said they would check and let me know. Got keys at 3.55pm

This hotel would be really convenient for a Chelsea FC supporter. Our first room looked onto one of the entrance to the grounds. The reception is for both hotels and their computer was running slow, so there was considerable delay in booking in. My extrovert partner asked for an upgrade, and the management obliged and gave us the room featuring a CFC duvet cover. Not being teenage boys, my partner and I were underwhelmed by this. The toilet when flushed made an awful mechanical grinding noise for several minutes, which must have annoyed other guests as well. My partner complained and we were moved to the other hotel for our second night. Thankfully, this didn't have a cheap CFC duvet cover but did, for some reason, contain a cot. The menu was very limited, and i don't remember seeing anyone eating there. Only one of the escalators up to the reception and bar was working, going down, and we watched while children ran around the bar and ground floor including running up the down escalator holding glasses of water unchallenged by either their parents or staff. On our last day we went in for breakfast, only to be told that it would be £16 each. We pointed out that the posters said it was £10 and we were told that we would need to go to reception, so we did that only to be told that we needed to have booked breakfast the night before. We left. We won't be back.

Had an upgrade, room 418 in millennium building. Room a little tired. Not a fan of showers over the bath, although the shower pressure was good. Car parking available, however it is run by Chelsea football club at £36 per 24hrs.
