The room was much smaller than advertised. Expensive for what it was and location. Difficult to get to underground or any public transport to take into London City. The staff were nice but not overly helpful. The hotel states they have a shuttle Service to the airport, as they should being so close, but we when inquired we were told to take public transport instead. The food at the hotel is poor quality and standard. Ridiculously expensive for an alcoholic drink! The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

AC was not working . We called hotel multiple times to fix it but it would shut off after 15 minutes. we had to ask for 2 pedestal fans to sleep . We told them to call the taxi at 2 am at the time of check out but there was no taxi when we came down . After 20 min wait we were told they can’t get hold of the taxi they called . Then he tried to suggest to take public transport to Heathrow . We finally ended up calling Uber , property is clean but I guess they deliberately turn the AC off . Close to airport but don’t depend on hotel staff for transportation.
