I did not like that I could not have a continental breakfast. I had to buy the buffet. There are mornings where a coffee and croissant is sufficient. Construction in front of hotel very difficult for taxi drop off and pick up. This should have been mentioned before booking. Too many other inconvenient quirks of this hotel chain not to my liking.

We didn’t get any benefit from having status at a vip access property. It seemed they negatively perceive any bookings not made directly with them. Early check-in or slightly late check-out were not permitted at all.
