"This is an historic hotel in LA. That's one of the things that made me select it...but once I got there and the awe factor passed, the hotel is showing its age. Is due for an upgrade specially at the rooms. Nothing is really bad, beds are comfortable, room is clean, etc. but I don't think is a 4 star Hotel anymore and definitely not worth the price tag, if you add the mandatory valet parking cost, it adds up quickly."

"Accidentally booked the wrong day. Didn’t realize until it was too late and the hotel did not want to honor the stay and move the reservation by one day. We would have paid any difference in the cost. We had driven 6 hours with two children under the age of 6 and we explained that too but they didn’t care."
