"The hotel and room 10 star everything clean and good customer service at the reception , however the breakfast experience wasn’t good first of all breakfast is till 11 am and when you go down in the morning the waitress said it’s till 10:30 , you get there by 9:30 and there is nothing already very a few things , also they have a hard time looking for your name and if they don’t find it they make you feel like you are asking for something you didn’t pay, I had to show her the description , they go saying between them like breakfast included for them like because it’s included you deserve a low attention or low service , it’s not included for free you actually pay for it $58 the room without breakfast was 255 we pay 290 something with breakfast meaning is included cause we pay for it not cause it’s free .. also parking was $45 but that was ok not big deal but the breakfast experience was unfortunately sad . "

"The room was very nice and clean. This was our second stay, hopefully someday there will be a third. The food was very good. The only suggestion I have is that you ask your late arrivals to keep their voices down. Other guests are sleeping. I realize that it is out of the Queen Mary’s control how people behave. Noisy people woke us up and I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours, it’s hard to enjoy my stay when people are so inconsiderate. The history and pictures are amazing and interesting."

"This Travel Lodge didn't offer breakfast. The staff were very friendly. My 3 yr old and I traveled to long beach for a cruise and had book another place. However the other hotel wouldn't take cash or my bank debit card or tap pay so we canceled and the Travel Lodge was very accommodating. The room was previously a smoking room with burn marks on places, but it was clean, water was hot and It had coffee and soaps. Tje Channel selection was vast. The fridge a little old but it worked. The price wasn't bad and the deposit was only $100. 20 yrs ago deposits were $100 so it was a good deal. "
