"I stay at this hotel 4 times a year and im usually pretty happy with my stay. Not this time thought. Everything from check in to breakfast was all pretty standard. I usually order an uber to take me to pick up my rental car at 2pm. I check out and go for lunch in the hotel restaurant barcotta. I come down for lunch and its closed. It now doesn't open until 4pm. A hotel with paying guests that cant get anything to eat. If you miss breakfast which stops at 09.30? You have to wait all day to get something to eat. I dont see how the hotle think this is acceptable ? They have a store in reception with frozen meals.but no microwave so you cant even get anything to eat from there store apart from chips and sodas. Its an airport hotel so not alot around the areas within walking distance. I doubt very much if I'll stay again. I find this pretty unacceptable. I'm sitting hungry outside the closed hotel restaurant expected to wait a further 3hrs to get some lunch. Really embassy suites ? Sort yourselves out."

"The stay was wonderful. Although I had several small incidents. The help knocked and opened my door as my husband and I were sleeping. Claiming I showed as being checked out when I actually extended my reservation and had gone twice to the front desk to confirm my room extended stay/reservation. They confused our information with a different name I guess they were reviewing the wrong room after a few minutes going back and forth It all got cleared. We also kindly asked the front desk to please refresh our room confirming as we left the hotel. When we arrived the towels were thrown on the couch , the trash was full, my bed was not made nothing was cleaned.Very disappointing since my husband and I had a long night out returning to our room exhausted . I called the front desk and they offered to resend someone although we were extremely tired we sat in the lobby area bar, until our room was done. Other than those few incidents the place is beautiful, clean, peaceful and comfortable to stay. Very lovely staff 😉👌"
