"Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

"This property was in good proximity to Disneyland, which was the basis of our vacation and stay in Anaheim. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was nice and clean. The amenities of having a pool table, big screen TVs, hot tub, and swimming pool made our family vacation enjoyable."

A few items were broken; oven door was off hinges, master closet had broken shelving piled in corner and dishwasher didn’t set right in it’s place. We spent our days in Hollywood, Universal and the beaches, but had a nice quiet escape at the and of the day. Hosts were terrific; communicative and an easy check in. We were actually booked for another home that was unavailable and instead of canceling us, they upgraded us to this property. Highly recommend."

The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. "We could not have found a better, more lovely space to stay in Hollywood Hills! Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!"

"This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Loved it!"

"The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"
