"Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in"

"Our stay started with the air conditioning not working on the first night, leaving the room at around 35C. The host resolved it the next day.Unfortunately, the bigger issues came afterward. We suddenly had no running water at all — we couldn’t wash our hands, flush the toilet, or take showers. However, after speaking with neighbors, we confirmed they all had...

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta - All Inclusive

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent
"Room was very clean and the a/c worked perfect throughout our 7 night stay, staff was excellent especially Stephany in concierge, Oscar and nini pool server’s all others were great but they made our stay that much better, beach was nice and clean. Also the food was really good in the buffet but the specialty restaurants were awesome especially up on the 7th floor royal restaurant where we celebrated our 25th anniversary. We were very lucky that we didn’t experience any tropical storms or hurricanes. We left Friday 10/09/2026. Thanks Occidental for a memorable week , can’t wait to go back."
