"Hotel is on a busy street (though room was quiet to the back)and no place to unload luggage, only 3 free parking spots- of course all gone- for hotel and restaurant. Paid parking few minutes to walk away. Room is ok, lots of stairs, internet is very slow or not working at all but for one night it was a clean and warm place to stay "

"A fabulously clean hotel with super home cooked food from dinner to breakfast. Lovely location in the heart of Conwy. The hotel staff were just wonderful all offering a ‘can do’ attitude who couldn’t do enough. Special mention to Lee, Alan and Tricia! "

"By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive."

"3 generations holiday. Centrally located, lots of space. Ideal for our needs. Complimentary extras were a lovely touch. The decoration wasn’t perfect but it really didn’t matter. It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end. We enjoyed our stay and made happy memories. Thankyou"

"The property has everything a family needs in a great location for town, east and west beaches and plenty to do nearby. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was hard to parked outside and roads are steep."
