"Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food "

"Really well decorated and maintained property. Christmas tree and hamper a lovely seasonal touch. Very accommodatimg host who agreed to a later check out time without additional charge. Only issues were some noise from neighbours upstairs (which is often the case in houses converted into flats) and whilst the flat was generally very clean some vacuuming had been missed when it had last been cleaned."

"Had a four night break whilst visiting North Wales to do Zip Wire. Great location, well equipped and comfortable for all 5 of us. Lovely views over Colwyn Bay and short distances to Conwy and Llandudno. Definitely visit again and recommend it to anyone visiting this area."

"This cottage is a traditional homely and welcoming cottage. No mod cons but everything you need for a relaxing break away in a wonderful area of Wales. 2 minute walk to amenities. 10 min walk to the beach. Easy travel to many areas of Wales, ideal base for a wonderful break away. Only little issue is parking, you just have to be brave and careful as again you are staying in a traditional cottage that was built before parking was needed."
