"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Clayton Hotel Bristol. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a great experience I’d definitely stay again"

The addition of the Dyson hairdryer and ghd straighteners is an amazing touch to the rooms. The food in the diner was lovely too. And nothing feels like too much trouble for the team on site"
