"Staff really friendly "

"Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend."

Wonderful surroundings both inside and out with plenty of parking and walks to enjoy great views from the gardens where there is plenty of outside seating if weather allows. "Everything was just perfect! My husband and I enjoyed every minute celebrating his milestone birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were happy to hear that we got a free upgrade to a castle suite. We stayed in Catherine Howard room which was huge, had a four poster bed and a rolled bath. There were lots of complimentary things such as sloe gin, all sorts of teas and coffees, cosmetics in the bathroom, room slippers. The gardens were pretty and well maintained. Great to see a working water fountain too. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very attentive."
