Clean & Tidy - Check-in further down road

Stayed here with 2 other friends after going to a football match at Anfield. 3 single beds in one room. It was £70 for one night - we thought it was good value. The check-in process was a pain, we actually had to check in at Beach Mount Hotel - half a mile further down the road. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and the room was warm - very important as it was a very cold night. You could hear the traffic from outside, but that didn't bother me

I stayed here for 2 nights. The actual rooms were fine and about the level I would expect for a cheap stay, however when checking in at the place down the Road I was given a sheet with not only my key code for the room but also for every other room! And told I could photograph it. This meant that effectively I had on my phone everybody’s room code. As a result I didn’t feel that my room was very secure as I’m sure everyone else had done the same thing

Went twice to different hotel 0.5 miles away to do chrck in. I have told the suit is not safe due to someone break in but still they put us there because there is no room available in the other hotel. So bad experiance

Really poor communication up front about check-in procedures. The advertising I saw on Hotels.com was incomplete -- misleading by omission of key details -- such as the fact that the property was not staffed: no room service or front desk or facilities to speak of (other than the rooms) at the property where we stayed. To check in I had to walk more than one kilometer, with terrible directions I received on the phone, to check-in at a place called the Beech Mount Hotel.

Scary kip

Shower and telly didn't work in the room and there was no fridge, its 2018! We were not told about how to check in and only for pot luck other guests were coming out and told us where to go to check in. Definitely wasn't worth the price we paid for and only for it was the bank holiday wknd we wouldn't have stayed! No dout about it we wont be back

Simpelt, OK, men dyrt til prisen.

Hotellet var OK, men ikke til prisen. Det var uden morgenmad og uden videre betjening. £ 270 for to døgn var klart i overkanten i forhold til ydelsen. Lamperne fungerede ikke. Dog rent og pænt.

Jestem zawiedziona.

W opisie zapomniano wspomnieć, że hotel z recepcją znajduje się w innym miejscu, 800 metrów dalej niż pokój, w którym spaliśmy.Trzeba było najpierw się zameldować w recepcji a potem iść do pokoju w innym miejscu miasta. W pokoju nie było ciepłej wody, dlatego nie można było się wykąpać. Ogrzewania też nie było,więc było cały czas zimno. Na miejscu miał być internet wi-fi, niestety też nie był dostępny.Okna stare nieszczelne, wiało przez nie. Miała być klimatyzacja, ktorej też nie było.Jedynie co się zgadzało z opisem to to,że była woda mineralna i kawa w pokoju. Jeżeli chodzi o czystość, to było ładnie posprzątane i pościel była czysta. Ogólnie ładnie posprzątane i obsługa bardzo miła.

Excelente atensión del personal del hotel. Gran actitud de servicio. La habitación q me dieron contaba incluso con una cocinera que incluía refrigerador, horno así como cafetera, café y agua gratuita. La ubicación buena y muy tranquila. Volvería al hotel sin duda.

Room was spacious and warm, but filthy. dirty floors and chairs. The reception was a bout a miles walk away with only combination locks on the doors that didn't work so well. A previous guests food and cigarette ends were also present in the room. So location of Reception and cleanliness are my grips

Decent enough for the price.

This was a suite that was not attached to the actual hotel that you had to check in with. All of the doors were button coded, in the early hours someone was try all of the doors, quite scary. I would not stay here again because of that fact.

Room was decent enough but contact with the managing hotel was very difficult. When I left my coat and house keys in the room after leaving, I had no success in getting them back. A trip turned into a nightmare. Either the staff lied about my property being found or they stole my property. Either way is bad

Not the best neighborhood, no place to sit down and eat within walking distance. The biggest disappointment was complete lack of wi fi. Not just poor reception, but no server found. The money I saved by staying away from the city center. Was lost X3 with data charges.

Overall our stay was good. We weren't told about having to check in at the Beech Mount Hotel first, but then we only were there to be told the door codes etc. so these could have been e-mailed to us at check in time potentially to improve the process. The wifi didn't seem to be working throughout our stay either. Having said this, the rooms were clean and quiet and there was a communal kitchen even though we didn't use it in the end. The bus service was regular and we were fairly close to the city centre. There isn't much in the way of shops or restaurants in the area so best heading into the main city.

Great place - will stay there again!

An interesting two-story structure. Very secure. Unmanned, but with his property you don't need anyone. Great location if you are a Liverpool FC fan. I will stay there again. The parent facility, The Beech Mount Hotel, did me a huge favor. Thank y'all very much.

Was a bit confussed when i arrived as no reception and didnt know how to get in, I rang them and they gave me the code to enter the building and the room code. We were pleasently suprised by the room, it was large, clean, comfy and really warm. The only minnor thing to say is that there was only a couple of sachets for coffee and only a couple of milks so had to go buy some ourselves otherwise it was great for a nights stopover

The room was a good size, and it was a very good price, but had I been a little less sure of myself I would have been a little nervous about the coded entry being all the security there seemed to be, and the bed was uneven, due, I think, to a broken base.

Didn't receive the email with our room information and codes. Had to ring to get them. Luckily I had a phone. Grass was high. Not very welcoming. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Not tv channels worth watching and wifi password didn't work. Weren't there enough to care. It served is purpose but won't be back.

Awful hotel

This room was not executive at all. Beds where awful and could feel springs in your back. Tiny bathroom nothing like the pictures online feel very disappointed would never stay again. Not worth the money and felt like false advertisement. Also internet didn't work.

The door entry for my hotel room was a nightmare to open. It was very stiff and i was locked outside for a good hour on the first day. However this was later fixed as another individual staying at the hotel got their foot stuck inside the door.

Kunnostusta vaativa hotelli

Hotelli oli pettymys. Rauhallinen kylläkin, mutta kaikki vähän rempallaan, suihku tippui irti seinästä, TV ei ollut viritetty, patterit eivät olleet päällä, lamput eivät pysyneet pystyssä. Mutta kyllä siinä yöt vietti, sänky oli hyvä, mutta samaan hintaan olisi Liverpoolista löytynyt paljon parempia vaihtoehtoja. Pienellä panostuksella hotellista saisi kyllä viihtyisän.
