Fantastic hotel, we were made to feel so welcomed and met some great guests in the bar, the grounds are beautiful and the decor is outstanding, room needed a little touch of paint but thats me being picky, will definitely be back

Great hotel !!

Fantastic little hotel and right beside the stadium. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you . Would highly recommend as a place to stay when at the football

Staff were friendly and helpful. Paid way too much money for this property for it's convenience to the stadium but that was our choice. Shower gel holders were practically empty would have at least expected them to have been filled.. Maybe a bottle of water in the room for the price paid would have been nice.

The staff was excellent. We loved all the Liverpool memorabilia & that the staff would let us hold the trophy, framed signed shirts etc. for photographs. We also loved that it was close to Liverpool FC's stadium.

Perfect. Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Staff were brilliant and the manager was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were going to Anfield Football ground for my boys 13th birthday as he is a massive Liverpool fan.

We booked this hotel as we were going to the football. The location is perfect as it’s a 2 minute walk from Anfield. There is parking provided which was the main reason I chose the hotel. They don’t have a kitchen so there is no food available during the day. We were told that a continental breakfast was available the next morning but we left early so didn’t see what was on offer. Staff were very friendly and our room was fine. If you’re planning a trip to the footy and need a bed for the night then this hotel will fit the bill.

On arrival we found two big parties taking place. We couldn’t find anyone so we could check in. When we eventually checked in we then couldn’t have a drink or food because of the private parties taking over the entire place. This is definitely not a hotel it’s more like a bed and breakfast place. We had no choice but to stay in our rooms the entire evening because we couldn’t get food or drink. Having spent one of my vouchers on booking this and being a regular customer on hotel.com I would hope the decent thing would be done and return my voucher to my account

This property is perfect because of its proximity to Anfield Stadium. We stayed there the night before and after our stadium tour and it was just down the street. Rooms are basic but comfortable, fine for sleeping but ours did not have any seating. We had a rental car and there was sufficient space for the guests to park for free. This property is great for Liverpool fans, as it is decorated with Liverpool FC memorabilia and the living area and patio are open to guests (think of it more like a big house and less like a hotel). The best part of our stay was meeting the on-site manager, Bobby, who greeted us when we arrived and made it clear that this "house" was our house. He set up a continental breakfast each morning (complimentary) and manned the cash bar in the evening, between socializing and giving us advice for transportation to the city center (there is a bus stop nearby). He even put a women's football match that we wanted to watch up on the outside screen for us one night when we were there so we could eat our takeout dinner and have our drinks outside where it was cooler. It is set up for hundreds of fans to come to the main level space on game day with outdoor seating and a huge viewing area, so be prepared for this if you are lucky enough to be there when Liverpool is playing. We learned that they also host private events on the main level/patio area so you may want to inquire about this when booking to see if it will affect your stay.

No draft beers or lagers, only bottled drinks. No ice for spirits or soft drinks. No food. No hot water to sink, shower head faulty. Lacking cupboard space or shelving. Positives, clean bedding and towels. Jenny friendly and tried to sort out issues. Location good. I thought a hotel named after a quality football club would have been more up market, therefore would not stay there again.
