The price was very good for the central location. The flat was cleaned and smelled fresh with fresh towels and toiletries. Very spacious and convenient for groups. However, there was a smell of sewage coming from the shower drain and there was mold and rust all over. I paid an extra £10 for an early check in but I couldn't enter straight away because there was a delay in sorting my code and I couldn't contact the administration because they didn't pick up my messages or calls until about 20 minutes past my early check in. I hope these issues can be sorted out because the other aspects of this property were very good!

Great communication from host. Great for what we needed for the night. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Coffee, tea and milk which was a nice touch. Only problem was it was quiet noisy at night due to the proximity to clubs but with earplugs in it wasn't a problem.

This place was 'epic' super easy to access and the apartment was gorgeous. Perfect for a night away. Bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant and super hot...could have stayed in there for ages ❤️ the check in process was easy too.

Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The check in and out process was very efficient, good communication. The apartment was lovely and central. It was perfect for a getaway with friends. Our only complaint was the music from nearby bars on till 5am. However, this is not something the apartment has control over, and to be expected with the location.

Close to shops and restaurants and easy check in but not suitable for families. Whole apartment was vibrating with loud music from adjacent club all night, doors slamming in the corridor, drinks split on the floor in communal areas, shouting from both inside and outside the building loud enough to wake everyone until 4am. WiFi intermittent and needed to keep signing up. Room was 4/5 cleanliness, missing drawer handles, dish washer not working. I think if on a stag or hen party then good location and amenities but I will not be returning.

Layout was good but decor needed some touching up. No windows that could be opened so apartment stayed very warm and especially when showers were used as the steam could not escape. Location really good. Need better lighting in bedrooms around the mirros

We wanted more equipment in the kitchen, just 5 glass, no wine glass. Need to fill up the kitchen things.The Wi-Fi was bad. Was hardly work in the kitchen/livingroom. Good things was two large bedroom 2 very good bathroom. Clean apartment and nearby everything.
