Room was clean and in good condition. Staff at reception lovely and helpful. Wish I’d realised there is no breakfast available and we had to go to the weatherspoons across the road - usually this would be ok but it coincided with the Santa Dash so it was mobbed with weary runners. Also in a noisy area of the city with banging music till 1am and sirens. However, very handy for the station, shopping and entertainment.

We stayed last night for the river if lights. The room was clean and comfortble. The ability to change the room temperature is great. Our room was only set up for 2 people. However there was 4 of us. They were quick to.provide extra towels, cups, coffe and milk.
