"We got an upgraded room by paying extra check in as we arrived a bit early. Room was absolutely gorgeous on 15th floor. Massive balcony and waking distance to the beach. Happy hours in the evening at the rooftop was just so gorgeous in the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast as well. Love it "

"TEN OUT OF TEN IN EVERY RESPECT. We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect. Staff are extremely well trained , very competent, super friendly and helpful. Each and every member of staff strive for perfection. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb, the lobby smells divine, lemon grass I think?? The aesthetics and decor of the interior is lovely. The views of the beach from the balcony were stunning. Breakfast there is so much choice but most importantly of good quality. The location for My Khe beach is perfect, several seafood restaurants within walking distance, also a few small supermarkets. Grab taxi is cheap to get around and see the sights. My only suggestion would be to do a "happy hour" at the roof bar as when we went there one evening there was nobody up there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but this is not a complaint in anyway, just a suggestion. Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. If we ever find ourselves in Danang again (we hope so) we would stay here again without hesitation. We were sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff, you work so hard to please everyone. *We did note at breakfast one morning two guests were so rude to a member of staff because she asked to clarify their room number. Despicable behaviour, they should be ashamed. Sorry this happened to a lovely staff member. We love you Sel-De-Mer! "

"This hotel while a good price is a long way from anything. Its beachfront location is good but it’s an expensive grab to the main part of Danang. We booked a beach view room but were allocated a room facing away, we complained to the staff at the desk and after some to and fro were offered an “upgrade” to a beach view room! The room was a good size but the smell coming from the bathroom was very strong if the window was opened. Not good but no one at the front desk was understanding of the issue, the staff were highly dismissive of us."

"Clean tidy hotel , get a room on the front as great balcony with a 180 view of the ocean. Big rooms too . The breakfast you order the day before . Motorcycles can be rented from here , not to old, and reliable. Very good service here …"
