"Love the hotel, love the staff, especially Phượng & Nhi who work at the front desk. Another good thing with this hotel is the massage service. All of the masseuses are nice and skillful, especially Tâm & Trinh. The only complaint i have is lack of iron & iron board. I was told there's only one set for 96 rooms!!!!! "

"My stay at the Radisson Hotel Da Nang was absolutely exceptional! What really stood out was how clean and beautifully maintained everything was — from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking beach view — waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. Overall, Radisson Hotel Da Nang exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a stunning seaside experience!"

"To be honest with you, I don’t know where to start. From the time you walk through the door. You have excellent service from the reception and the staff in the lobby then when you get to your room, you have a beautiful view clean room , nice gifts then you get to the restaurants from the breakfast restaurant to the lunch and dinner restaurant the staff they’re no longer staff their friends. Awesome people and it’s hard to just pick one when all of them are great from the managers to the assistant managers to the staff 100% golden!!!! It’s not my first time I stay here and start my last time I enjoy it 100% percent."
