This was an excellent play to stay! The staff were awesome and were quick to help bring bags in and out for you without hesitation. The reception staff were so helpful and were ready to give suggestions on things to check out in the area and help get transportation for you. The pool was excellent and very well kept. And the breakfast and tea time were amazing!! I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

First impression when we arrived at about midnight, the location was disappointing. The following morning, we quickly adopted to the location. The room was clean and the breakfast had good variety. We were in a suite on the 15th floor and it was so comfortable and had a view of the dragon bridge. All the staff are so accommodating and friendly. The hot stone massage in the day spa was magical. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast. An egg station as well. Afternoon tea was included in our stay, which was a lovely little extra. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to the market, restaurants, money changer and the river. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Room is small and shows some wear and tear. Shower has great flow water but it was a mess on floor due to water overflow- bad design. The room was at the end so we constantly see the housekeeping cart and supply. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. The bedding is great, very comfortable. The pool area, the bars are beautifully decorated. The restaurant is too. Overall the staff make it a wonderful stay for us!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Sanouva for 10 days. The hotel is located in the city, close to the shops, cafés and restaurants. Han Market and the River are in walking distance. Da Nang beach is only a short 10-minute drive, and you’ll find some amazing day clubs on the water. The hotel was clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The housekeeping ladies did an amazing job coming every day to clean our room, make our bed, and leave us fresh towels. We also had our laundry cleaned daily (not sure if itsincluded on all stays) but we had a certain amount of clothing per day we could have washed. The clothes came back smelling and looking amazing. They were washed, ironed and hung. Excellent service. Would definitely stay here again on my next Vietnam trip.
