"Our Ocean view rooms at 15th floor did not disappoint with great views of the beautiful beach, paragliding beach activities. Breakfast was good, especially from staff "Thu Hien" who always serve with a smile, she even goes the extra miles to serve extra hot tea and peel rambutans for guests. Room shower glass panel was faulty that cannot close tight with water splashing out, we have to be careful to not spray shower towards glass door direction. Pillow are too bouncy high, no extra pillow but we have to cope, could have provided a mix of firm and soft pillow. Location was excellent, look forward to visit again and hopefully improved on the negative points by then."

"Very clean modern property. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downside is road and bar noise from across the street if you have an ocean view room like we chose. Rooms blocked a lot of the noise but you could still hear it. 9/10 and only marked down 1 because of the road/bars across the street noise."

"loved it here! staff were so amazing and kind! always came back to a clean room, breakfast buffet was bomb and loved that they changed it up everyday ^^ pool was not busy everytime i went and massage was good (hotel guests got 20% off)!! communication through whatsapp was also very convenient! always quick to respond and very helpful! i would stay here again for sure!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, super close to the beach for easy access to relaxing. Near lots of delicious restaurants, and activities. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had lots of international options for everyone's taste. Clean, beautiful, and fun!"
