We enjoyed a unique and enjoyable 2 night stay, in Leith. Oodles of eating options nearby and the nearby 34, 35 & 36 travelling into Edinburgh on a regular basis.

Great location in the old town. Staff were amazing, helpful and happy. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and included breakfast was brilliant. Meals were good and outside deck for an afternoon drink very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again - been travelling for 7 weeks and best property we have stayed at.

A beautiful property maintained to perfection. We could not have asked for more. Welcomed with an offer of hot drinks, breakfasts were great and all the staff friendly and welcoming. We would stay again any time.

We had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and well appointed with a fridge, kettle and good bathroom. Holly was lovely, making is a packed lunch when we were going to miss the included breakfast. Not directly in town but we made the walk a few times no problem, also accessible by bus (£1.50) or about 6 quid for a taxi into the centre of Edinburgh

This hotel was excellent! The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed twice!
I was able to leave my luggage. When I returned they had given me the same room I previously had and my luggage was already in the room.
I was only able to make breakfast once but it was very good!
I would definitely book this hotel again!
