Numerous added touches that made the stay especially memorable — Christmas morning “stocking” filled with fruit, nuts and tea canister’” traditional Scottish food menu items along with many other choices, excellent housekeeping service (phone charger cords neatly tied up with a hotel tie), lovely afternoon tea and Christmas dinner. "Amazing location right on Prince st and close to bars and restaurants in new town. Only 10 min walk to old town with buses and tram right on your door step. Room was lovely and super clean. Couldn’t ask for better location "

"The Kimpton Charlotte Square was the perfect place to spend Christmas week in Edinburgh! The staff were incredibly pleasant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were lovely—very comfortable and beautifully designed. The location is unbeatable; we were right in the heart of everything and could easily walk to the Christmas market, the amazing shopping on George Street and Princes Street, and iconic spots like Victoria Street and the Royal Mile. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was exceptional - we didn’t take the breakfast option as we had an early flight to catch so opted to skip it. The room was lovely clean & spacious / we were celebrating our anniversary and had the surprise of a lovely Xmas duck to keep. It really was a lovely stay / we enjoyed the spa facility after a busy day exploring the Xmas markets and surrounding areas. I shall be returning in the new year - everyone was truly welcoming & helpful - top marks all round - thank you "
