"Clean rooms. Equipped with essentials. Breakfast provided if you need it , although we never ate there. Excellent location - being in the city center means proximity to great coffee shops and restaurants , all within walking distance. Easy to get an Uber anywhere else. This hotel also has parking if you rent a car."

"Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol."

"Lovely property although a little noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open, but stuffy if you don’t. Mattress quite hard. Other than that, nice stay, nice breakfast (good gf options) and comfortable walk to Harbour area for lots eating options."
