"Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again."

"I wasn't used to using VRBO so had a little difficulty using my phone to do so, but the apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. Be aware that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhouse, but it is in a quiet neighborhood with dining places nearby and isn't very far from the Arch and beautiful parks. Easy to find. I would stay there again."

"Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great!"

"Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!"

"Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

"4 sisters stayed for 2 nights in this VRBO and we loved it! A bedroom for each of us and 3 bathrooms! Nice enough neighborhood and close to the Arch. It was just perfect and we hope to be back sometime!"

"Very pleased with our recent stay. Extremely close to I-44 and I-64 for getting around St Louis. Property is a newer build in the area and stands out as a modern place for your stay. Three levels with all bedrooms on the third level. Other amenities were as described and well appointed. Property owner was responsive to questions and any concerns that arose during stay. Highly recommend that if a stay in St Louis and this area fits your needs, book this one!"

"The host was excellent at communicating! The furniture was not comfortable to sit on, the floor appeared clean, but the kids got filthy very quickly after crawling and scooting on it for just a few minutes. it definitely needed mopped. There were light bulbs in the ceiling lights in the bedrooms, but they would not turn on, only the ceiling fan came on. I suppose one could stand on the bed to turn the light on if they were tall enough, although they would need to be taller than my 6'6"...

"This property was exactly as advertised and was actually more spacious than expected. We were visiting for a baby shower/to see friends and we were really only at the house to sleep and shower. Everything was very clean, nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. We never used the kitchen but it was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We didn’t have children with us but there were some toys and children’s items that would presumably make it easier for families. Good location...

"Highly recommend this property for your St Louis stay! We stayed 4 nights and loved this home. Teenager enjoyed having his own space. Friends & family enjoyed gathering on main level together! We had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Bathrooms were clean. House was clean. Felt like a safe area which was important to us with a child and the women in our group coming and going for different activities. Quiet at night. Close to some very good restaurants. Highly recommend...
