Nice Hotel great service

My stay was good but the parking was expensive
Arch Gate was the reason why was here
Had issues find it but I looked up on Google as my GPS didn’t realize main parking area closed

Location and Style

This hotel has the potential to be pure perfection! The rooms are spectacular. The location was walkable to many attractions and local pubs/restaurants. They are under new management so they have to wait to get the liquor license switched to the new owners, but otherwise, I have every intention of returning in the future.

Had a great stay, the staff was amazingly friendly, but the amenities were not up and running they had no liquor license so both bars were shut down and the food service wasn’t available, coffee bar was up and running very good

Even the valet parking was just an open lot around the corner from the hotel. They said they check it a lot, but if there was a break-in, they'd only pay for glass. Valet rates have gone from $30 to $48 overnight and online, we only saw $30, which, to their credit, they would honor -- after a bit of discussion. Oddly, there was no waste basket in the entire room -- the shower was nice!
