Great Stay

This was my second time staying at one of Jerrod’s properties and it didn’t disappoint. Jerrod is very welcoming and wants you to feel at home during your stay, my family and I were extremely comfortable and will be booking at one of Jerrod’s properties every time we’re in town

Great place close to downtown

We were a family of 4 and this house was everything we needed. House was as shown in pictures and represented well. Supplied basic essentials (shampoo, conditioner, K-cups, ect) Only a few miles and maybe 10 minutes from many downtown attractions and entertainment. Would recommend and/or stay again.

I had a family of 5 staying at this home. It was exactly as stated and the house was clean and perfect for us. If we are definitely in St. Louis we will stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and our family felt safe…all the amenities are close by and easy to get to the highways. Thanks Jerrod!

Great location for Grizzlies Ballpark

The property was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. Two of us are elderly and the steep stairs posed a bit of a problem. The second bathroom is in the basement so stairs are required for either bathroom. We wanted to be close to the Grizzlies Ballpark and this location worked well for us.

Soccer tourney respite

The property has super cute updates and was everything we needed for our family. We weren’t there but mainly to sleep, but even if we wanted to hang out, the full kitchen and back yard make it easy to make yourself at home. The part of town it is in unfortunately doesn’t encourage us to want to take a walk around the block or anything. Some adjacent properties are in need of demolition. However, we felt secure and safe when we stayed there and recommend for anyone with business or pleasure nearby!! Easy drive into downtown and other nearby cities.

Nice house and great renter

Jerrod was great. I had several date complications as far as my arrival and departure days. Jerrod was very responsive and fair to work in solving these. One of the neighbors really enjoyed their music, and made sure I could enjoy it as well but to be fair they turned it off before it got really late. The house was immaculate and very well remodeled, I’m not used to modern thermostats and TV accessories so I was able to learn some new things during my stay. Drive time to the STL convention center took only about 10 minutes, the only traffic I hit was near the actual convention center which was great.

Nice house & Owner

Pros: Nice and clean house. A very responsive owner. Check in was seamless. The kitchen was updated with new appliances and there were enough utensils to make dinner. The owner was kind enough to let me “borrow” a plastic container to pack leftover food when we left. We enjoyed having a TV in each room especially the children. Cons: Too many stairs for our elderly parents to maneuver. The second bathroom is in the basement (so more stairs). We all ended up just using the upstairs bathroom. The area where the house is located is “sketchy”/ “rundown”. Went for a run once and I was scared I might get mugged so I didn’t repeat my run. Thankfully, though nothing bad happened during our stay. Bottom line, nothing bad with the house/owner, I just wish it was in a different location or that I knew more about the area before hand (my mistake).
