Bed was awful and hard, hair dryer handle was sticky and dirty, shower head had something going on and sprayed water out of the side; therefore, flooding the floor. Asked for different dryer and more towels, never got towels or hair dryer. To top it off we were charged 2x’s. Hoping this gets resolved. To pay $420 for 2 nights for a holiday inn is ridiculous but then to have an awful bed is beyond ridiculous, my husband who never complains about beds even complained. We may as well have stayed down the road for $77 a night.

Expensive for what was provided.

The conference I was there for was amazing and a great convenience to be right there on the same location. The hotel was comfortable and the service was great but I had an accessible room which was right opposite a noisy ice machine. Also the breakfasts are very average and served on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. I've never seen anything like it. When I pay so much I at least expect real crockery and cutlery.

Will definitely be using this hotel again. The staff is always friendly. Always clean and accommodating. Very easy to find and plenty of food and shopping nearby. Compared to other recent hotel stays, the walls do not muffle sound whatsoever. We could hear someone in the adjacent room urinating. Also, in the morning, it was hours before checkout, and we could easily hear the cleaners yelling to each other about which rooms were still occupied or needing cleaned. It was loud enough it sounded like they were in our room.
