Room was clean spacious and good. Pillows are very very soft and smell musky. Covers were clean but I think the pillows inside smelt used. Kitchen and utensils were good. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. The hot food choices have no vegetarian options other than potatoes. Could have cooked mushrooms or grilled tomatoes at the least. Only gripe is that it's a stones throwaway from the strip but not accessible by foot. No transport available. Only Uber or Lyft which can cost dearly. Hotel should offer shuttle service. This would make the location just perfect for those without a car. And yes, must mention disposable plastic cutlery and plates for breakfast. C'mon Hilton you can do better. Have you not heard about preserving the environment! Not Eco friendly at all.

Very good hotel with war breatfast everydad. Bellagio is only 25 minutes waking. Parking is 15 $/day.

It was clean, spacious, quiet, easy parking and friendly staff. How ever the breakfast food was limited, had to wait in long line and a few items where out by the time we got to them

Very unprofessional, seemed almost racist. We were the only family of color that I seen there and weren't accommodated for any of our issues we experienced. There was hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in. They falsified our check in time and date. There was trash on the floor. And we asked to speak to a manager but they never showed up the whole time we were there. I will never stay there again.

Had to pay for parking which was irritating as it said it came with the room. The room was SO noisy we had to turn the microwave off and the air-conditioning. The room was clean and large enough for 5 people. It has a little kitchen so perfect if you are on a budget, more of an AirB&B. Staff was so dry borderline rude. Breakfast was actually nice (waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, toast, sausages). Really good things that were let down by simple things such as extra payment for parking, noise and unfriendly staff. Deposit was returned within seconds of check out!

Daniela,I am so sorry you were not happy about the parking fee. We have no control over the 3rd party sites stating we have free parking. They have all been contacted to have that statement removed from their website. We liked our room, but one of the beds was super squeaky. We had to ask for housekeeping and were told that we would get it if the schedule wasn’t full. Also, although we did let them know that we would be 5 guests total, we had to continually ask for extra towels. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot and when asked if they could turn up the heat, we were told it was broken. For the price we paid, we could of got better service, in my opinion.

Great hotel
It was a great experience. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in Vegas. The general manager who was checking in was also very friendly and even gave my toddler a book to read which he enjoyed a lot.

Not what I expect from homewood suites
Not what I expect for a Homewood suites. First, when we arrived we had to be buzzed in and they were not quick to do this. When I approached the front desk there was no greeting just “credit card and ID”. Nice room. Reasonably clean, under the bed was dirty. Ok location, but difficult to walk to strip due to construction. Breakfast was terrible. First day, there was a mix up on stated times and most of the food was put away. We just ate an early lunch and based on the next days breakfast that was probably good. Second day the egg dish and sausage were bad. I’m not picky and have never had a truly bad breakfast at a hotel and have stayed at a few Homewood suites and like it just fine, but this was bad. They did comp parking because of the mix up the first day. Overall, wouldn’t stay there again. It was not terrible, but there are so many other choices, I would probably pick something closed to the strip or Fremont. We picked it because we were going to bring our dog, but we ended up not bringing her. I didn’t change the hotel, cause I generally like homewood suites anyway.
