"Love the Luxor Hotel but there rooms need to be upgraded. Old tv , old wallpaper coming off the walls especially in the bathroom. Paint ships coming off the bathroom ceiling. No fridge or microwave for a fancy room. First time staying here. Stayed in the 24th floor, though it was fancier. The photos on the website doesn’t match the look or the condition of the room."

"This was my first time staying at Paris and I will not be going back. The check in was efficient but lacked great customer service. The location is central, which was a plus. The bed was comfortable but the room decor was old and tired and the room was dusty. When we came back from a show one night the room smelled like sewage. We called the front desk and were told they would send someone from maintenance and house keeping but no one arrived until we were packing up to check out. The room was affordable but I guess you pay for what you get."

"Areli at the front desk check in was so friendly and helpful. I also must rave Lenora at the front desk as well. Friendly and understanding but also professional. Clean property and rooms, the Mandalay Bay beach is such a great amenity, the gym is fine but no way to wipe off my machine. I didn’t try to Mandalay Bay fitness room though, only the W. Bartenders were friendly also!"
