"I cannot overstate how lovely this apartment is. The view is simply breathtaking. It was bigger than I expected with almost everything you could need. The A/C in the bedroom was a godsend and while none in the main living area, with the patio doors open and other windows open, there was a nice breeze. "We were on the island for an international conference and were so lucky to be able to stay at this wonderful property. The historic charm and location cannot be beat with amazing views from the roof and so many restaurants within 5 minute walk including the ground level of the building itself! Plenty of space to hangout as a group and get individual time as well. We highly recommend this property!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this property it was everything as per the description and some. 3 comfortable bedrooms, immaculate lounge and kitchen, nice bathroom and 2nd toilet as well as a roof terrace accessible by a lift just outside the front door- A quiet area with the cathedral and shops and bars nearby . Our host was extremely helpful throughout every stage of our booking and stay - I definitely would recommend and return."

"A comfortable apartment with a great view. There were a few minor maintenance issues on arrival but these were dealt with very quickly and in a friendly manner. The location on the promenade was excellent although the road at the rear of the property was a little noisy, but then we were staying in a city. We could have done with a few basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid but there is a supermarket very close by. A little more instruction with the tv controls and the sun-blind...

"Nice view, the value for the money was not that much. One bed broke down, the shower was moldy. Early in the morning there was a lot of noise from a nearby hotel. Anso the aircon from the hotel was loud. All in all - overpriced…"

"Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! Not only this, they are in the best location with restaurants, supermarkets, excellent beach all within 5 minutes walk. A super place to stay."

"The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests."
