"We had 6 nights in January at this property. It was a nice place, well fitted out, spacious and modern. However, it was very cold, and the only heating in the whole property was two small fan heaters. These were totally inadequate to warm up such a large space. We complained to the host about the cold but we were advised that there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation.
