"I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety was impressive, and everything was delicious, making it the perfect start to each day. The location is unbeatable—right next to Santa Catalina Park and the port, and just a short walk to the beautiful Las Canteras beach. It’s also a great base if you're planning to head out and explore the island's National Parks and volcanic landscapes, as the main bus station is just a few minutes away. Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool for the best views of the city!"

"Staff was very helpful. Rooms are small and the photos and information on Expedia is somewhat misleading. This is not a resort just a very basic hotel. "

"Everything as expected. A little confusing at check in as arrived after 5p.m when reception was closed. I think the automatic system worked well and informed me the garage entrance is opposite the petrol station. But did not mention the card key needed is the same as the room key which is the same as front door key. The hop on hop off bus stop number 3 is approx 15 mins walk away outside Las Arenas shopping centre and Carrefour mega centre."

"He estado dos veces seguidas en este hotel con una semana de diferencia y se confirma las deficiencias, solo pasa el servicio de habitaciones si se exige en recepción, no reponen el gel de ducha a menos que lo reclames varias veces, y el hotel peca de tener pocos servicios en general"

"The room was basic but didnt expect anything more for the money paid, very central and a ten minute walk from the beach so okay for a couple of days stay. Wouldnt want to stay any longer than a few days as it's very noisy."
