Was supposed to have had water in the fridge but there wasn't any, asked and told cleaning would put it in the fridge next day, but it wasn't there the next day either, so went to the local supermarket and bought my own"

"I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I always stay at this hotel when in Gran Canaria. I travel frequently world wide and Hotel Cristina has been the best hotel in terms of comfort, staff and amenities. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Ideal location next to the beach and accessibility to shopping areas. Good transport networks locally and serving other areas on the Island. Would have liked tea making facilities in my room but to be fair I didn't ask for this."
