Finca La Suerte Grande is a 35,000-square-meter agricultural estate located in Telde, surrounded by a wide variety of fruit trees. It’s rare to find such a natural setting in the heart of the city; this space was restored and opened to the public in 2022. The estate features 7 vacation homes, each situated in different areas of the property. Please note, this is not a hotel. The Lis apartment is part of La Casona, which also includes Cala, Musa, Iris, and Dalia. Lis accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a living room with kitchen, bathroom, 2 single beds, and 1 double bed. The bedrooms are connected without doors, with the double bed integrated into the living area. Guests can enjoy a private terrace. Lis shares facilities with 5 other apartments; the pool, pergola, washing machine, and dryer are communal. Free parking is available on-site.

Haus und Anlage sehr schön.
Pros: Die Ausstattung der Finca war für unseren Urlaub hervorragend. Einrichtung und Gebrauchsgegenstände waren neu, sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool war wunderbar, das Salzwasser darin angenehm warm und auch sehr sauber. Darin zu schwimmen war ein großer Genuss. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiterinnen des Hauses war jederzeit sehr freundlich, schnell, einfach, problemlos, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen wurde eingegangen und es wurde uns in jedem Fall sofort geholfen.
Cons: Verbesserungsvorschläge im Haus: Vielleicht noch ein paar mehr Handtuchhalter im Bad.
Außerhalb der Anlage: Das Gebell der Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft war für uns sehr störend.
