"No airport shuttle after 11pm, original room was not turned over/occupied, switched rooms where heating/cooling unit had something molding in the grates… staff is very kind but I would not recommend staying here"

"This is a great hotel for the price. My standards for hotels are pretty high and this met most expectations. Check in was easy and quick. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent - they have eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins and things like that. No fruit (except apples) which is kinda a bummer but I can deal. This hotel is around a bunch of other hotels and right next to an apartment building which threw me off a little. The rooms were clean and they have hardwood floors which is a plus for me (no dirty carpets) it was pretty quiet too which I liked. I will stay again!"

"The booking gave no indication that this hotel was in the middle of an active renovation. The main entrance was inaccessible due to construction, vehicles, and workers. The temporary lobby sat in front of a narrow passage through plastic tarps just to reach the elevator. There were two elevators, but staff said only one had been working for six months. That single elevator was shared by guests, hotel staff, and construction crews, so wait times were excessive and we often used the stairs instead. Construction dust and dirt were everywhere, and several advertised amenities were unavailable or unusable. The “heated” pool was freezing, discolored, and at times inaccessible because of the work. The gym was closed for our entire stay. Breakfast was good when available, but one large group took most of it before other guests could get any. Our room had a flickering light, the microwave stopped working, and housekeeping was very poor. The room was only cleaned once, the day before we left, after we asked multiple times each day. We finally put our trash in the hallway just so someone would notice it. They removed the trash but did not leave replacement bags. When they finally “cleaned” the room, they made only one of the three beds, took five towels for our family of five, and left only two. If I had known the actual condition of this property, I would have stayed elsewhere. This was supposed to be a vacation."

"Shortened stay to 1 night due to lack of cleanliness in my room. The front desk agent Divvya, was vey accommodating and offered to switch my room. But I was unable to stay in the "solution" room because upon walking in, it smelled of a heavy odor. I refused to stay the night there. Room is out-dated, shower had hair, bed sheets had black marks. Was hoping for breakfast to satisfy hearing about the omelets bar. There was none."
