"The lady that worked with us at check in was very nice and helpful. I give her a 5! The morning staff was not respectful. Kept knocking on my door super early disturbing my sleep 9am this morning way before check out asking are we check out now. Check out is not until 11! I was sleeping! We didn’t eat the breakfast because of tired from being on the road military duty. I called up to the front desk and asked for an extension like we always do when we come this way and they never charged us to check out at 12. They said they charge $15 just to check out extra 30 minutes so we had to rush to get our stuff together and be out by 11:30 and it was late and we didn’t have enough rest. I told them whenever they was under the other management from my understanding, we will never charge. So that is the reason why I gave the negative rating along with me telling the lady that we was in Military and she had no respect for us the front desk attendant at checkout this morning."

"The only minor hiccup was that there is a deposit the hotel requires upon check in, and I was unaware of that, but it is refundable as long as there are no damages to the room. It didn't take long for the money to be put back in my account, so that was a plus! Other than that, everything was great!! "

"I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. "

"The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the stairwell and the ice machine room 310 on the third floor. I didn’t sleep the ice machine and exit door was busy all night. There were other available rooms on the third floor after having such a bad day grieving and tired I laid there I checked out at 7.am I told the front desk how disappointed I was. I think they should have only charged me for 1night. I will not tell anyone to stay there. "
