Hotel is brand new very nice decorated. Unfortunately there was some stains inside the fridge and a used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. But other than that it was a nice stay.
Bathroom lights stopped working at night. Had to use the phone light to go to the toilet and have a bath in the morning. There were some banging or repairs being done above the bedroom the whole night. Kept all if us awake. There was sand on the bedroom floor. All in all, ooor maintainance. Better to stay at Savanah - 30 minutes away - as there are more choices.
This is a new hotel, so it's updated and very clean. The staff was great. The room was a bit small and didn't come with a lot of amenities, but it is an extended stay. It did have a full fridge and an electric stovetop and you can't beat the price. You can hear the highway a little, but I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. Overall, a great room and price. Especially if you don't want to over pay in the college town nearby.

Internet down when I got here. Not her fault. She was nice. This room had hard, uncomfortable, noisy beds. No coffee. Only two towels. No toiletries or blow dryer. These days almost all Hotels have that.

I experienced unexpected car trouble and was unable to make it to my reservation. I attempted to cancel by phone, but unfortunately, no one answered. I didn’t worry too much at the time, as I had purchased the insurance intended to cover emergencies like this. However, I have yet to receive any response or update regarding a refund. This has been very disappointing.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. While the hotel is new it has a feeling of they ran out of money while building and decided to open it anyways. Everything there feels very cheap, there is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel and it is extremely slow, at one point we waited 5 minutes for the elevator.
Once we checked in and got to our room, my husband had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the hotels IT department because we had no wifi, this is such a problem for the hotel that thsy have signs in each room the phone number for the IT department. We never did get working internet the whole time we were there, which you couldn't even watch tv without it. We had no linens at all in the bathroom. So i had to go to the front desk and spend 15 minutes waiting in line so I could get towels. The next morning we ran out of hot water for our showers. The vent for the bathroom would only stay on for about 30 seconds. The room itself was clean but again, everything just felt very cheap. The windows only had blinds, no curtains, so it didn't feel very private and there is absolutely no way of blocking out the morning sun, so don't expect to be able to sleep in. When I went to the front desk to complain about all the issues, i stood there for around 10 minutes and there was not an employee to be found.
The area itself felt secure, however there is really nothing in the area unless you want to go to a truck stop. Overall I was very disappointed and would never stay here again
