"Customer service at this property is great, very friendly and accommodating. There was a maintenence problem with the suite that we booked and we were provided two rooms next to each other. Only issue we ran into - YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TGE LOBBY FOR CHECK IN THROUGH THE ELEVATOR IN THE GARAGE. It was very busy when we arrived for check in, 1 of 2 side by side elevators were not working. We tried to access the lobby from stairwells, which we discovered the ONLY way to get to the lobby to check in is to wait for a few full elevators from the one that was working. Once we were able to check in, it was great. Clean rooms, clean pool area, refilled pool towels. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish they had a sign up by elevators to let guests know the only way into lobby is through the elevator(s) or a heads up in email you receive for confirmation prior to check in."
