"Never disappointed keep up the good work"

"The pros: The full breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of items. Cheese omelettes bacon and sausage and premade mix to make your own waffles. There was cereal, danishes, bagels, and oatmeal as well. Unfortunately there were no allergy friendly options but it was well worth it for our family. The staff was excellent. Both the evening when we checked in and the morning while getting breakfast and checking out were very friendly and helpful. The price, we got a bundled deal which made costs pre-2020 prices. The cons: The room smelled. Not horrible but def a bit musty and old. We had a courtyard room which is the detached motel section. The toilet took forever to refill after being flushed; we did tell them about this though. There was a small amount of mold in the bathroom around the edges of the ceiling. The room was tidy and the beds were clean but the rest of the room needed a good dusting and deep clean. We would def stay here again though less likely to pick a room in the motel section. We did not get to check out the other amenities as our stay was only one night. "

"Great location, a lot to do within walking distance. Clean room, friendly staff and the roof top bar is a nice bonus! "

"Couldn't use the tub and the bathroom was just kinda gross. Not sure if this is the case with dog-friendly rooms, but pretty poor condition and felt pretty cheap (not in a good way). "

"Went for a girls weekend. Check in went smoothly. The rooms were nicer than I expected. The hotel was in a really nice central location and the breakfast buffet was awesome!"

"The hotel is right downtown with easy access to concert venues and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the double room and it was quite spacious with two vanities. The only drawback was that there was no natural light as the two small windows opened to a brick wall. "

"The room was very clean and had all of the amenities you would need for a longer stay. My son is autistic so this is helpful as he is picky about what he eats and has specialized foods. There was an apartment sized fridge to fit all of the things we needed. The dishwasher was very nice as well. The staff at check in was very nice and helpful as far as where to go and eat and how to get around to the places we were visiting. The night staff was not so friendly and seemed to be bothered by even the smallest questions. For the most part though they were very friendly. be aware that there is a $33/day parking fee that is not included in the price here. It is extra. They also charge a $120 holding fee for incidentals that you get back if you dont charge anything to the room . Just for a heads up. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different choices. definitley a plus. It is also close to just about everything so you can walk to van angel and GLC with no problem at all. Overall We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again. "
