"Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Nice breakfast buffet. Shuttle to the airport was on time. "

"Great hotel with a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool area. I was disappointed the Tiki Bar was only open on the weekends as we stayed during the week and left Saturday morning. The landscaping was not great, plants were dead and in need of replacement. The bathroom inside the pool area didn't close properly and wouldnt lock. The balcony attached to our room had beer caps left so it wasnt checked or cleaned before our stay. All in all it was a nice hotel and the location was convenient and close to shopping/restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. "

"Great walkable location next to the Gerald Ford Presidential Library and just across the river from downtown Grand Rapids. Curtesy shuttle available for rides anywhere within a two mile radius. Very nice staff. "

"This was my first time staying at this location and I will stay there again when in the area. It was clean. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed - didn't hear people talking in the hallways, staff were all professional and helpful. A truly delightful experience. The only negative was the amount of room for eating area. I took my plate up to my room to eat as there was nowhere else to sit."
