"This is my fourth day at this location. It is consistently great. This time was perfect. The room was very clean. The staff was prompt, kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly.. The location is perfect. It is well located within minutes of everything that we did during our stay. The temperature in the room was perfect. It was very very quiet. I love the fact that I got to go out and sit around the fire pit, even though I didn’t start a fire. It was so very comfortable.. The price was very affordable. I’m already playing in my next stay at this location.❤️"

"Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next time!"

"Such a happy place! We’ve been visiting Saugatuck for years and love it here. We had such a wonderful stay at the Roost last month we just had to come back for a last-minute, end of summer short stay (Thanks Amy!). We’ve stayed at other pup friendly places but none have been as perfect. The outside is cute, well landscaped with comfortable sitting areas for morning coffee and glowing string lights welcoming us back after an evening in town.The interior is smartly designed, nicely furnished, with essentials stocked. We appreciate the washer/dryer convenience and so important… the cottage is always well cleaned and maintained. We’re glad to share we have found our go-to home away from home here in Saugatuck, at the Roost. Looking forward to many good times ahead!"

"Great stay, this was our first time in a motel in over 20 years. Rob’s service is amazing, he helped answer any of our questions and we had a great conversation! Our room was cozy and clean! We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice and warm. Would definitely recommend a stay and would come back here again!"
