"I canā€™t find a single point of complaint of this hotel. Staff are extremely helpful even if you canā€™t speak fluent Japanese. Room is clean, amenities are great (WiFi, free water, inexpensive laundry machines, free coffee and tea, and etc). The location is great, drug/convenient store just right next to the hotel, 3 mins walking to Yokohama station, 5 minutes walk to shopping centers and malls. Not to mention all the nearby restaurants."
