"Very disappointed with our stay. Self check-in took ages as we had two rooms under one booking and it wasn’t clear what the second booking reference was. My passport didn’t scan either, so we had to get help from two different people. Felt very impersonal. No fridge or coffee maker in the room and aircon unit made a loud noise every time the fan switched off. Peeling paint in bathroom and the room just felt dated. It was fairly inexpensive but resort fees bump up the cost significantly. The Essentials 24/7 shop very overpriced. The Pyramid cafe and Diablo’s Cantina were pretty good."

"Room was horrible for the price. Internet is very slow for only 2 devices and others are paid. Outrageous additional fees are collected on top of the high amount paid via hotels.com Outrageous early check in fees. Hotel has horrible odor. Not enough towels in the room."
