"We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine."

"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. "Molly & Giovanni were so gracious and kind, & went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be! The apartment is perfect, and everything is there to cook, or enjoy a glass of wine out in the serene garden overlooking Lake Lugano. Fresh lavender , roses and sage surround you! Very relaxing after a day of exploring. Molly promptly responds, and always had a helpful suggestion to make our trip better."

"Pianello is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful bar. A lake ferry stop there as well for exploring other towns in Lake Como. The view for the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well required and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. I highly recommend this place."

"Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated."

The house has no A/C so it was painfully hot inside and humid. the must in the basement room was gross, there is a dehumidifier but it didnt help. if you leave the windows open to get a breeze expect a lot of bugs including mosquitoes. the basement walls are styrophome. dont ask me where they get it but i wouldnt have little kids around it for fear they would mess with it. furniture: the couch on the first floor is a "pull out...
