Ideally located if you're in the Busto/Castellanza/Marnate area, and using trains to get around. Nice hotel with some individual touches, reception staff were extremely helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, I can't comment on dinner/breakfast.

Nice hotel with convenient parking. The rooms are of a good size and clean. The breakfast is also very good. 10 to 15 minutes walk from Busto Arsizio city centre, when raining not the most convenient walking distance. I would definitely stay again in the future should another occasion present itself.

Outside Milan

Listed as Milan, Lombardy region. the hotel was clean and staff helpful with a nice restaurant. The issue is if you are visiting Milan and not cocal Busto Asizio, the hotel is 1 hour and a 96 Euro Uber from Milan central. So if you are exploring Milan, a high transport cost to pay. The airport is about half way between Milan an Busto Arsizio. We stayed just one night and moved to a more central hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. 45 minutes from Milano and 1:10 from Lake Como. Beds were on the firm side which husband loves and I don’t. lol. AC was extremely lacking:0( Way too hot each night we stayed. Breakfast downstairs was cold:0( Waiter at the downstairs dinner rushed us through our meal like he had somewhere else to be when it was early. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful with anything we asked about:0)

This is a GREAT hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend if you're visiting Milan. The location is amazing, 5 minute walk from the train station, with trains going to Milan almost every 10-20 minutes, and just a couple of stops from the Malpensa Airport too. Prices very reasonable, especially compare to prices in Milan. The entire staff was so professional, friendly, kind and helpful. Our room was wonderful, very clean, bedding was excellent, elevator works. It's a new hotel so don't hesistant to book! We stayed 3 nights and it was very quiet and AC worked! I would only recommend putting in a pool for the hot summer months!!!! Very satisfied guests here!!!! Thank you for making our Milan stay so great!!!!

Rooms not too spacious but very clean and nice. Front desk very kind .Be aware of surcharge for the breakfast even though in expidia they they advertise breakfast included in the price of the room i had to pay 12 euros per person i was very disappointed and the service during breakfast was also disappointing because there is this lady who will make faces every time we asked for something that was missing .I do not recommend paying 12 euros the breakfast buffet and the service was not worth it at all.

This is a modern hotel with nicely, but simply furnished rooms. The bed and bedding were top quality. The bathroom was well outfitted. The breakfast options and service were good, complete with expresso machine. It has parking and is about a nine minute walk to the train station, for easy access to the airport. When we requested a bottle opener in the evening, the receptionist found one for us to use. It was a bit warm in the room: (apparently air conditioning was not fully functioning) so we opened the windows and it was fine until early morning when street noise intruded. The only problem was that the bathroom supplies did not include soap or conditioner for the shower, Shampoo and an intimate cleanser were provided.
